If you’re someone with an eye for detail who loves to clean and will enjoy plugging in your favourite music, podcast, or audiobook while working your own hours – this may be the perfect position for you.

We offer steady casual employment and you will get to choose your own hours and working days as long as you can stick to them every week.

We have clients waiting all around the Toowoomba/Cabarlah/Pittsworth areas!

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT full-time hours to start. You will only be able to take on between 15-24 hours a week until you prove to be reliable and consistent.

Cleaning can be hard, very physical work and does require a good level of fitness, for this reason we rather not to give fulltime hours so that our staff don’t get burnt out and can also help to cover other shifts if needed.

We provide you with all the supplies, training, uniform and guidance necessary to become a high-performance house cleaner.

These are the only requirements we need you to have to be considered for the role:

  • A valid Australian driver’s license
  • A police clearance
  • A reliable car
  • A smartphone (IOS/Android) to download our cleaning app
  • Must be able to work during school holidays
  • Before & after hours work available at a higher pay rate (let us know if you’re keen!)

Pay is run every week on a Monday
Superannuation is paid quarterly
Potential for future role changes/pay rise for the right person

Award wage: $32.31/hr with the opportunity to earn more in other roles such as Team Leader/Trainer
12% superannuation contributions
99c per km travelled in between your cleans
Get paid your hourly rate while you travel between jobs

Paid one on one training
NO solo vacate cleans, hoarders cleans, or other stressful cleans. Most of our cleans are for recurring customers, so this job isn’t mentally or physically exhausting.

We do have a 'non compete clause' in all our contracts, which means you are unable to work in the same industry, in the same area while you are working with us and after ceasing work with us you are unable to clean for our current clients for 12 months afterwards, do you agree?
Are you willing or able to be on back up if someone calls in sick or be available for unexpected cleans?
